Guess the movie...

Tap Dancing, Movies, and Sky

Her blue thigh shifts to the side
under her thin dress. She steps, stops,
looks down at nothing as she dances
a slow, deliberate line across the camera.
This movie steps with her. She is
in every frame. The light Buffalo sky

is the same far away color
sliding across her body.
Blue bleeding through every angle,
so close and fleshy
but stepping deliberately
without you.

Kristina,

I started my own blog last month after not finding something online to address my current situation. (I'm at memoirsofasinglemom.blogspot.com) Anyway, after typing in "abusive men" in the Blogger search, I found your website. You were discussing Bancroft's book. I went and got it from the library. I still have it and am reading it through. It has been so helpful.

Thank you for guiding me to the book. It has been a huge help to me! I am sorry for what you have been/are going through.

I noticed that you and I are close in age and I also have family in Washington state so know the cities you refer to.

Please check out my blog. I'm going to put your link up there.

Would love to chat some time.

You write very good poetry. You have a lot to be proud of and you are probably one of the most true to life people that I have met up here. Face it, many will say they are "independent" and be lying to themselves and others. Do you know who I am by reading this? I am proud of you.

Something I know about Kristina, well, she's a hockey player that skates with her heart and soul!Plays the wing smoothly and backchecks 100% of the time. Who wouldn't want this kind of player on your line? Hockey always has a place for unselfish players like My hero..Brad Park..and Kristina
